- Travellers must meet the following conditions at least 14 days before arrival in Singapore to be considered “fully vaccinated”:
- Received the full regimen of WHO EUL Vaccines and met the minimum dose interval period;
- Travellers who contracted COVID-19 before being vaccinated must have received at least one dose of any WHO EUL Vaccines at least 28 days from the first positive COVID-19 diagnosis, and produce a proof of this diagnosis.
- Fully vaccinated travellers do not require any entry approvals to enter Singapore.
- Travellers no longer need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) or Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore.
- Short term visitors holding passports or travel documents issued by visa-required regions must apply for an entry visa.
- Travel insurance is no longer mandatory for fully vaccinated travellers.
- Fully vaccinated travellers with 7-day travel history consisting of countries only in the General Category are no longer required to take a pre-departure test (PDT) for arrivals in Singapore from 26 April 2022.
- PDT is not required for travellers arriving in Singapore via land, or travellers who tested positive for COVID-19 and recovered between 7 to 90 days before date of departure to Singapore.
- Travellers regardless of vaccination status with 7-day travel history consisting of at least one Restricted Category country (currently none) will be subjected to the following border measures:
- Unvaccinated children below the age of 12 travelling to Singapore must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent / guardian.
