Find out all the essential travel information and requirements you need to know before you go.

Travellers are to take note of any pre-departure requirements, health and immigration declarations. Please note that requirements for entering Singapore can change on short notice. Travellers should be prepared for quarantine-free travel to be paused or suspended in case of changes to the COVID-19 situation.

✈ TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS TO SINGAPORE

  • Travellers must meet the following conditions at least 14 days before arrival in Singapore to be considered “fully vaccinated”:
    • Received the full regimen of WHO EUL Vaccines and met the minimum dose interval period;
    • Travellers who contracted COVID-19 before being vaccinated must have received at least one dose of any WHO EUL Vaccines at least 28 days from the first positive COVID-19 diagnosis, and produce a proof of this diagnosis.
  • Fully vaccinated travellers do not require any entry approvals to enter Singapore.
    • Travellers no longer need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) or Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore.
    • Short term visitors holding passports or travel documents issued by visa-required regions must apply for an entry visa.
    • Travel insurance is no longer mandatory for fully vaccinated travellers.
  • Fully vaccinated travellers with 7-day travel history consisting of countries only in the General Category are no longer required to take a pre-departure test (PDT) for arrivals in Singapore from 26 April 2022.
    • PDT is not required for travellers arriving in Singapore via land, or travellers who tested positive for COVID-19 and recovered between 7 to 90 days before date of departure to Singapore.
  • Travellers regardless of vaccination status with 7-day travel history consisting of at least one Restricted Category country (currently none) will be subjected to the following border measures:
  • Unvaccinated children below the age of 12 travelling to Singapore must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent / guardian.

  • Meet travel criteria → Find Out
  • Submit Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days before arrival in Singapore, information include:
    • Personal particulars
    • Health declaration
    • Proof of vaccination
  • Short term visitors holding passports or travel documents issued by visa-required regions must apply for an entry visa.
    • Travellers must use the TraceTogether app in Singapore to facilitate contact tracing.
  • As of 28 Mar 2022, only travellers who meet Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Measurement Measures (VDS) will be given access to hotel rooms (whether guests or visitors):
    • Fully vaccinated
    • Recovered from COVID-19 in Singapore
    • Children aged 12 years old and below, or
    • Certified medically ineligible

At the airport, travellers should be prepared to provide a health declaration and evidence of any pre-existing health conditions.

All travellers should comply with any prevailing public health and safe distancing measures, guidance, directives and arrangements in Singapore to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and infection. Travellers are advised to pay attention to announcements by local authorities.
